Apart from the mentioned rental fee, there is a refundable damage deposit of $300.00 and a cleaning fee of $180.00.

Cleaning services encompass tasks such as putting away tables and chairs, sweeping, mopping floors, and maintaining bathroom cleanliness. It is the responsibility of the parties involved to remove all decorations, linens, and dispose of any trash generated during the event. The refundable damage deposit will be returned contingent upon the venue being left in satisfactory condition.

All alcohol packages will run for 5 ½ hours.
